Ytterligare en skön helg. Idag blev det Focksta  för första gången och jag blev positivt överraskad. Mötte upp med ett tiotal pers vid Tidelagsblocket och blev riktigt taggad. Lagom brant, lagom krimpigt och lagom högt (eller lågt…). Jenny och Sydde hade bettat om hur många repetitioner Lockfågel skulle få. Sydde trodde fyra, Jenny två vilket [...]

- Anja, vad brukar du äta när du är ute och klättrar såhär? Jag brukar äta något fiberrikt bröd och så, långsamma kolhydrater, men jag vet inte…
