For me bouldering is about succeeding in something that at first sight seems impossible. With hard training you can reach far, but how do you reach all the way to the top? To succeed all the way you have to put up goals, focus and believe in yourself. These are some of the key words in my seminars and slide shows.

A lot of what I’ve learned from climbing can be applied to other fields. With a background from Stockholm School of Economics and work experience both as a stock exchange reporter at Dagens Industri and as account director at one of Sweden’s largest communication agencies, I’ve got a good insight in the business world. My seminars is not just about climbing, but also about how my learnings can be useful in other fields. It’s about how to succeed with the impossible - and how to reach your goals.
